"The Buck Stops Here" was never more appropriate than when discussing cyber security and corporate boards.   At its core, cyber security is about enterprise risk as the global economy goes "digital".  The difference with cyber risk is that things can go wrong at the speed of light.  There is much work to be done and the road to cyber secure will always be under construction...
