Michael Feiertag joins our team as Partner and brings with him a distinguished entrepreneurial operating career in cyber security, including his role as founder and CEO of Allegis portfolio company, tCell. In his Partner role, Michael will be leveraging his extensive cyber-focused entrepreneurial network to generate new investment opportunities for the firm while also working with our Managing Directors support the growth of portfolio companies.  We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Scherbel to the role of Senior Associate, In her new role, Jenn will be supporting the Allegis due diligence and investment process while also supporting strategic business development programs for the benefit of our portfolio companies.
