SkyHive Technologies Inc. has reportedly raised US $8 million in Series A funding led by AllegisCyber Capital and Accenture Ventures and with participation of Workday Ventures and the Partnership Fund for New York City.

AllegisCyber Capital’s Peter Bodine and Accenture Ventures’ Tom Lounibos will join SkyHive board of directors.

Founded by Sean Hinton, Vancouver based SkyHive’s platform supports reskilling efforts through a proprietary AI-based labor analysis that helps companies understand their employees’ capabilities, assess future requirements, and efficiently equip their workers with new skills. 

SkyHive is a graduate of FinTech Innovation Lab New York backed by Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and the Partnership Fund for New York City.
