Work from Home often means Less Secure...

The COVID-19 pandemic virtualized the security perimeter for many enterprises forced to adopt remote work protocols.  Employees working from home represented an expanded cyber security threat as they moved outside of the "locked down" corporate network and shared computers with family members who have traditionally been less concerned with cyber threats (often naively so). Now, as employees return to work, even on a part-time basis, we are seeing the cyber threat surface expanding, yet again, as those employees bring their devices in and out of the enterprise perimeter, alternating between the office and home work environments....

Verizon’s 2021 Data Breach Investigations Report found that an overwhelming majority of attacks now involve human error, as less secure remote workers spend more time online.
